G&T Professional Study Groups (PSGs)

The G&T PSGs are an essential part of Bedfordshire’s support for teachers and schools. They provide a termly opportunity for teachers, coordinators and leading teachers in each area of Bedfordshire to meet together to discuss issues of interest and concern to them, to share their practice and to obtain further information about local, regional and national developments. Each is chaired by a G&T leading professional from a school within the area. Further details may be obtained from the Chair in your area (See G&T Contacts) or from the PSG Administrator Michelle Argent at michelle.argent@bedscc.gov.uk or on 01234 836105.

2009 Bedfordshire G&T Conference

The Bedfordshire Conference on the 10th March 2009 was attended by over 100 professionals including speakers and providers. Delegates found the two keynote speakers, Geoff Dean and Deborah Eyre 'inspirational', enabling them to reflect on their current policies and provision. The conference also included 20 market stalls featuring G&T practice and resources from schools and other organizations from which delegates were able to collect a considerable amount of useful information.
