Seating Arrangements

As well as choosing the right venue for your music act you must get it right when it comes to the seating arrangements.  You want everyone to have the best seats available, to have the best view of the stage and be able to feel part of the whole act.

Typically there are three different ways to arrange seats at a music event.  These are:

The Elevated Circle - This is where the stage is in the centre of the venue with seats forming circles around it.  Usually this allows more seats nearest the stage and all have an elevated view. The costs to hire this type of seating arrangement obviously depends on the number of seats required, but for a small event of around 500 seats the price would be approximately £100 ranging to £2000 for over 5000 seats.

The Tiered Plan - This is where the stage is at the front and the seats are tiered away from it.  This allows those in the seats furthest away from the stage an elevated view. Again the price depends on the number of seats but typically the costs would be the same as the elevated circle.

The Flat - This is where the stage is at the front with all seats are flat on the floor.  This arrangement means that all the audience are on the same level.  Most venues already have chairs to be able to provide this kind of seating arrangement, however if chairs where to be hired the costs would be approximately £50 per 500 chairs.
