The School Day

Children are not supervised in the playground before 8.45am and should not arrive prior to this time.


8.50 am
Whistle blown. Children are then asked to go into school by the duty teacher
10.15 - 10.30 am

Collective Worship

Girls
Girls may wear a grey skirt or pinafore dress, white blouse, grey or maroon cardigan or jumper, maroon tie with a white stripe. Pale blue and white gingham material is used for the summer dresses. White or grey socks. Grey trousers may be worn in the winter months.
Boys
Boys may wear grey trousers, grey or white shirt, grey or maroon jumper, maroon tie with a white stripe. White or grey socks.
Girls
PE kit
Shorts, T-shirts and plimsolls are required. Athletic pants are available from Kick Off Sports. Trainers are required for outdoor activities.

Glandular Fever Until clinically well
Gastro Enteritis Until no diarrhoea for 48 hours
Chickenpox 6 days from onset of rash
Mumps 7 days minimum or until swellings subsides
German Measles 4 days from onset of rash
Whooping Cough 21 days from onset of paroxysmal cough
Intestinal Worms 1 day for treatment
Measles 4 days from onset of rash
Slapped cheek Until clinically well or 4 days after onset of rash
Conjunctivitis Until discharge ceases
Head lice No exclusion
