Prices and Booking
The price of courses covers venue and
refreshment costs, trainers' fees, materials and administration. Lunch is
included on full day courses and on half day courses where indicated.
Some courses are subsidised by central funding such as National Strategy or
other Standards fund money. In some cases this subsidy extends to
contributions to supply cover for teachers attending.
Cancellation Policy
The administration team allocate courses as soon as a booking is made, and
hold a place in reserve for the school making the booking. Unfortunately,
this means that once a place has been booked, we cannot offer a full refund
unless there is an alternative candidate on a waiting list to take up the
place. In the event of teacher absence a school may substitute another
member of staff by notifying the booking office as detailed below.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Charges waived if more than four weeks'
notice given

50% charge if more than two weeks' notice is
given
-
100% charge if less than two weeks' notice
is given
-
£30 charge for non attendance at a fully
subsidised course if prior notice has not been given.
